Our Fijnbosch Chardonnay 2022, made from different parcels of pickings from our Fijnbosch vineyards exudes the hallmark tangerine citrus notes that have become synonymous with this property. Aromas of gunflint and a tinge of fresh vanilla pod greet the nose while a rich umami quality creates a savoury layer that enhances the fruit-forward profile on the palate. There is an impressive balance between intensity and elegance that highlights the wine's cohesive character and supports its generous texture. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a lasting impression of refinement and a desire for another sip.
