On the palate
This wine is medium yellow in colour, the nose displays notes of white peach, citrus, fynbos & vanilla oak spice. The palate shows wonderful intensity. It is full, bold and coats the palate with layers of green apple, sweet orange rind, yellow fruit, and citrus blossom. This second vintage is classic, it has a textural tensity, a saline finish and long-lasting impression.
