Pinotage

Dense crimson in colour, showing confident extraction. The nose is perfumed and layered, with black and red cherry, plum and raspberry, complemented by baking spice, subtle rose-petal lift and savoury Fynbos notes. The palate is supple and luscious, supported by fresh acidity and bold, granular tannins that frame flavours of cherry kirsch, plum and boysenberry, with a slight herbal edge. Succulent yet composed, finishing long, dry and savoury, with excellent ageing potential.
