Anima Chenin Blanc

Complements seafood, poultry, and savory dishes due to its balance and freshness.

The Chenin Blanc grapes come from certified organic vines aged 14 to 38 years, grown in diverse soils across small vineyard blocks in Paarl.

After whole-bunch pressing, fermentation occurs in 500-liter French oak barrels and amphora (15-20%), followed by 12 months on lees with regular batonnage.
