Description
This strikingly vibrant interpretation of a Mediterranean classic showcases a delicate pale onion skin hue, elegantly evolving in complexity as it ages. The nose reveals intricate notes of blood orange, fynbos, and red berries, complemented by mineral undertones and strawberry compote. On the palate, it is firm and crisp, achieving a harmonious balance between weight and lively acidity.
