Striving to weave the subtle thread of place from soil to glass, and only working with small parcels and winemaking on boutique-scale, the petit Maison Terblanche could be the smallest Rosé specialist in South Africa, if not the world!
Description
This is a stylish rendition of our local grape, the pale onion skin colour beautifully presented in an equally sleek outfit. On the nose nuanced aromas of rosehip and watermelon are followed by notes of grapefruit and candied lemon peel. The palate is firm and crisp, striking a perfect balance between palate weight and freshness.
Food Pairing
A perfect accompaniment with seafood dishes like grilled salmon and tuna, sushi and peri-peri prawns, as well as salads and quiche. The slight hint of sweetness on the finish lends itself to pair well with spicy dishes and light, aromatic curries too.
