Description
A refined cool‑climate Sauvignon Blanc with bright, flinty mineral intensity and ripe green fruit. Exhibits zesty citrus, asparagus and green pepper blossom on the nose, transitioning to juicy lime and grapefruit with a touch of passionfruit mid-palate. The clay-rich soils impart a rounded, broad texture. Beneath it lies elegant minerality and a subtle flintiness, finishing crisp and refreshingly dry.
Food Pairing
Ideal with chilled seafood appetizers—think oysters, scallops and prawns—thanks to its citrus-driven acidity and minerality. Also a stellar match with fresh goat’s cheese, green asparagus salad, grilled vegetables, and herb-led dishes like tarragon chicken or fennel and parsley salads.
