Exhibits zesty citrus, asparagus and green pepper blossom on the nose, transitioning to juicy lime and grapefruit with a touch of passionfruit mid-palate. The clay-rich soils impart a rounded, broad texture. Beneath it lies elegant minerality and a subtle flintiness, finishing crisp and refreshingly dry.
