Description
Alluring notes of lemon and lime zest are complimented by brioche and shortbread undertones. There are also nuisances of salinity and a mineral finish adding to the complexity of the wine. The palate is full mouthfeel with a rich body, fresh acidity, beautiful structure, and length. This wine epitomises balance and restraint as the oak used is well integrated and is complimented by the fresh acidity of the wine.
