Description
This wine has an alluring nose with fresh aromas of tangerine, orange peel, and lemon blossoms, complemented by hints of crushed pecan nuts. The palate is well weighted and rich, but with an incredible purity of fruit and a wonderful line of minerality running throughout. The oak is discernible, but very much in the background.
Food Pairing
It will complement most fish dishes or can be enjoyed with lighter meat dishes and creamy pasta.
