PC Chardonnay

It will complement most fish dishes or can be enjoyed with lighter meat dishes and creamy pasta.

Due to difficult conditions during the start of the 2019 vintage, it delivered a much smaller crop of Chardonnay. However, this smaller crop was healthy and intensely concentrated.

The oak barrels were 10% New 500L, French oak barrels, the balance in older 500L, 300L and 225L barrels. Duration in oak was 11 months.

5.5 Tons/ha were handpicked, fermented in French oak barrels and partial malolactic fermentation.
