Description
The Cabernet Sauvignon has typical mulberry, cassis and blackberry aromas, with hints of cigar box. The wine is well balanced with layers of red fruit present, and has a nice fresh and creamy finish to it. It has a good structured mid palate with notes of mocha present on the aftertaste.
Food Pairing
It will complement most red meat dishes, venison or creamy beef stroganoff.
