Saronsberg Cellar is located in the Tulbagh region of South Africa, an area known for its unique terroir that contributes to the distinctive character of their wines.

The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted before fermentation. Traditional red-wine vinification techniques are employed with careful extraction to preserve fruit intensity while building structure and complexity. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak, for approximately 14–18 months, allowing seamless integration of fruit, tannin and oak.
