Patatsfontein Steen

Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna, etc), Vegetarian, Poultry

One pick. Single vineyard wine. Karoo slate soils.

Natural fermentation and kept on primary lees for 10 months. No fining.

Wholebunch pressed and settled for 24 hours before being racked into barrel.

Halfway between here and nowhere, you’ll turn left into a vineyard that doesn’t look like anything special. Most of the time it isn’t. But sometimes it is.
