Radford Dale Imports Each vintage when we make our Alicante Bouchet Rosè the skins are not used, so to preserve the Barossa tradition of frugality, we save these skins to co-ferment with early picked Grenache and Mataro. The addition of the Alicante skins to the ferment gives tannin, spice and a vibrant colour to the wine. Light bodied and low in alcohol.
