Smoky honey and lime and apricots – almost Riesling-like. Exquisite fruit, apricot and honey spun through cumin and rye bread and dusty spice. A beautiful mineral shaft running from start to finish, and coruscating acidity, like diamonds cutting light. Huge structure and bountiful fruit.
