22 Families OVP Chenin Blanc is all about freshness, balance and texture. The nose shows citrus, peach and apricots; and the palate a vibrant acidity balanced by a soft, round texture and a long mineral finish.

Minerality

Once hand-harvested, the grapes were hand-sorted, de-stemmed & crushed into temperature-controlled gravitational drainers. Only the free-run juice was chilled and settled overnight and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel. The wine was left on the fine lees for 5 months before being blended with a component of lightly oaked wine that had been matured in 500L 3rd & 4th fill, French oak barrels for 5 months; and then finally filtered and bottled.
