Old Bushvine Chenin Blanc

Matured for 12 months in its fermentation and maturation vessels.

A portion of the juice underwent wild fermentation in amphora, while the remainder was inoculated and fermented in barrel. The wine underwent partial malolactic fermentation in barrel.
