Deeply rooted in Champagne’s heritage grower community, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte comprises 5,000 member growers across the entire appellation — accounting for one in three growers in the region — and spans the Côte des Blancs, the Côte de Bar, Montagne de Reims, and the Vallée de la Marne. This includes 11 of the region’s 17 Grands Crus and 26 of its 42 Premiers Crus. From this rare breadth of grapes, and thanks to the keen oversight of chief winemaker Guillaume Roffiaen, they have developed an approach and house style that is wholly unique.

The Réserve Exclusive Brut comprises 20% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir, and 40% meunier and is aged three to four years in the cellar — two and a half times longer than the minimum time required by Champagne regulations. As the only house in Champagne to have five different vintages of reserve wine for each grape variety, they are able to apply extreme precision and consistency in their blending process. The resulting cuvées are complex blends that embody the full mosaic of the Champagne terroir.
