On the palate
Citrus zest, quince and apple lead into a creamy, leesy texture on a fresh, vibrant palate. The wine is dry and bright, with enough weight from extended lees contact to keep the finish long and textured. A strong fit if you like old-vine white blends with freshness, savoury texture and very little polish between you and the wine.
