Old Vines White

Ideal with rich seafood dishes, grilled chicken, or creamy pastas.

The blend consists of old vine Chenin Blanc (72.4%) alongside Mediterranean varieties like Semillon Gris, Clairette Blanche, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Verdelho. The vines, some as old as 68 years, are grown in granite, schist, and iron-rich soils in Swartland.

The grapes were hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented using indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged for 11 months in 3rd to 5th fill French oak barrels and one 2000L foudre.
