The winemaking process involves harvesting grapes in the morning to preserve freshness. Depending on the batch, maceration ranges from 2 to 12 hours. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, with 50% of the blend matured on lees in neutral 500L French oak barrels for nine months, enhancing the wine's texture and complexity.
