Red Blend from Paarl, South Africa

Bottle size:

This is a limited release four-way Bordeaux blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot and malbec. Deep, dark core with a wide ruby rim. Good concentration of plum and dark berry aromas. Ripe berry fruit theme continues across the palate. Hints of violet show in floral backing. Full-bodied, supple tannins and great balance. Elegant in every way. Very satisfying now but has loads of potential to still develop. Limited quantity of 100 cases produced.

Malbec 2018

Malbec from Paarl, South Africa

Bottle size:

750 ml

Dark, magenta core with wide, bright rim. Very enticing ripe berry nose packed with mulberry and blackberry followed by attractive earthy and oaky notes. Deep, rich and full in the mouth where chocolate and ripe plum add to the complexity of ever developing flavours. Still fairly tightly packed with firm, grippy backbone of fine tannins. Loads of potential to develop. Good body packed with flavour. Very drinkable now yet will deliver volumes more with five or six years in the bottle.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Cabernet Sauvignon from Paarl, South Africa

Bottle size:

750 ml

Deep dark core with tight, blue/black rim. Initial nose packed with ripe, dark berry fruit. Plum and cherry are firmly there with some char and vanilla. Deep, full mouth with layers of ripe berry flavour. Definite but soft tannins give good grip. Berry flavours develop all the while and dominate the long finish.
