On the palate
The Rubicon 2022 offers a youthful deep ruby red colour. A complex perfume of violet, ripe black plum, blackberry, cassis with cedar wood, bouquet garni and potpourri spice. This young and intense Rubicon is still tightly wound, and offers a palate packed with fresh dark fruit, rounded tannins and seamlessly integrated oak lifted by a good acidity.
