Description
Appearance: Deep purplish red. Nose: Aromatic nose of raspberries, hints of violet, predominantly spicy with rosemary, black olive and tapenade notes, characteristic of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. Palate: Ample and deep palate, woody and spicy flavours and a vanilla final.

With its spicy and smoky aromas, Côte-Rôtie is easy to match with meat dishes in red wine sauces, lamb, game and soft cheeses.
