Description
"Pale orange-pink. A highly complex bouquet evokes fresh red berries, nectarine, candied flowers and smoky minerals, along with a discreet touch of anise. Silky and focused on the palate, offering incisive, energetic red currant, bitter cherry, white peach and candied rose flavours braced by a core of juicy acidity. Shows sharp definition and floral lift on an impressively long, sappy finish that leaves a hint of bitter cherry behind." Vinous
Food Pairing
Served chilled with oysters, charcuterie or fried fish. It also goes very well with goats cheese.
