"The 2015 Beaune 1er Cru Grèves Le Clos Blanc from Louis Jadot is superb, wafting from the glass with a youthfully reserved bouquet of yellow orchard fruit, Mirabelle plum, hazelnut and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with a generously textural attack, succulent acids, chewy concentration, and excellent length on the penetrating and lengthy finish. While this will be approachable in its youth, it has the structure and substance to age."
