Bright gold colour, with enticing aromas of oak spice, vanilla, and cinnamon, alongside luscious butterscotch and ripe stone fruits like pear and apricot, with a hint of melon. The palate opens with a creamy texture, balanced by fresh acidity that seamlessly carries the wood and fruit components. Flavours of ripe melon, yellow apple, and buttered toast emerge, offering a rounded mouthfeel. The wine finishes with good length, showing poise, depth, and a structure that promises graceful aging while preserving the purity of its fruit.
