‘Kia Ora’ is an expression in the Maori language of New Zealand and simply means Hello/Be Well. Like the new vibrant growth of the fern (frond) this Sauvignon Blanc showcases the characteristics of the native terroir: fresh bright passion fruit grapefruit nectarine and herb flavours.
Description
The region’s specialty, Sauvignon Blanc, is beloved for its pungent, aromatic character with notes of exotic tropical fruit, freshly cut grass, and green bell pepper along with a refreshing streak of stony minerality. A fuller style with lots of gooseberries, guava, passion fruit and minerals. Yeasty notes and good depth and length.

Ideal with a white fish in sauce, a crab-stuffed avocado or a scallop carpaccio.
