Jason's Hill Izak Reserve is a Bordeaux Blend rich in flavour and aroma intensity. It is packed with cherry and ripe berry flavours, enhanced by barrel-aging characteristics. Flavours of dark fruits, cassis, and spice are just some of what you may discover in this wine.
Food Pairing
In its youth this wine is best enjoyed with a rich meal such as beef or game, but as it ages it will soften and will go well with lamb and all by itself Roasts Lamb Steaks Stews.
