At inevitable Wines, we hand-select grapes from some of South Africa’s finest vineyards, guided by an unwavering belief that only the most exceptional barrels merit bottling. Each wine is a testament to our philosophy of quality above quantity. The name ‘inevitable’ is both a play on my own name and a reflection of the character captured in every handcrafted bottle. With minimal intervention, we allow each wine the freedom to reveal its own distinctive and captivating voice.
Description
Nose: A captivating bouquet of stone fruit, elderflower and honeysuckle, intertwined with an herbaceous spiciness. The subtle, green spiciness adds depth and intrigue, creating a complex and inviting fragrance. Palate: Vibrant flavours of papaya balanced with fresh green notes of stinging nettle, which adds a touch of herbaceous sharpness. Subtle hints of elderflower provide a delicate floral nuance, rounding out the profile and creating a well-balanced and refreshing taste.
