Imperium White Gold

Enjoyed as a rare sweet aperitif or a fine dessert wine.

A technique of raisining achieved by picking healthy grapes and letting them air-dry.

Idiom is a celebration of wine and words. The award-winning range of premium wines stems from the Bottega family’s Da Capo Vineyards, which are located in the southernmost part of the Stellenbosch wine region, near Sir Lowry's Pass, overlooking False Bay. The range consists of big, bold blends of noble varietals and single cultivar renditions of Italian and Mediterranean grape varietals, all uniquely expressed in a Cape idiom.
