Our decision to convert to biodynamic viticulture in 2006 was based on the goal of making our vineyards successively more resilient, more vital, and more heterogeneous.
Description
100% Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc). A light golden yellow hue with silver reflections. Aromas of smoky and savoury quince, and hints of dates and candied oranges. The palate is juicy and elegant, with a touch of nuttiness, and a saline finish.
