Pale onion pink. Aromatics of plum skin, spring cherries and pink blossom unfold over a savoury hint of tomato water and the cool, mineral purity of white clay. On the palate, pink peach and sour cherry are brightened by an orange-zest bite and fresh, lemony acidity. Graceful with an elegant, long backbone of texture and a sense of spring-like delicacy, with cherries lingering through the finish. Pure and translucent, it closes with the rainwater freshness, wet stone and an electric flash of flint.

Careful bunch selection was carried out in the vineyard. Batch picking at different ripeness and flavour levels. Pinot Noir grapes were whole-bunch pressed, settled overnight and then allowed to ferment in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. One batch was picked and left on the skins before pressing for extraction of flavour and colour. This wine went through secondary fermentation for added aromatic complexity and texture.

The 2025/2026 season was marked by climatic fluctuations, shifting between dry spells and episodes of heavy rainfall. A warm and dry growing phase initiated strong vineyard growth and fruit set, while well- timed rains in February offered much-needed relief to water-stressed areas, though they also introduced some disease challenges. March brought heat spikes that hastened ripening and compressed the harvest timeline. Navigating these conditions required precise interventions in both the vineyard and cellar, ultimately leading to smaller berries with concentrated flavors and great quality potential. Notably, the season commenced six days earlier than usual.
