The exceptional terroirs of the Languedoc enjoy optimum sunshine and low rainfall, bringing out all the complexity of the region’s emblematic grape varieties and thus producing top-quality wines.

After a light fining operation the wine is aged for several months in bottles.

The grapes are picked at full ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out under temperature control with traditional maceration. After the malolactic fermentation the wine is matured partly in vats for 8 months in order to conserve the fruit, and partly in oak barrels.
