Via Terra Selection Blanc

This versatile white pairs beautifully with grilled fish, goat cheese, pasta with fish, and white meats with gravy.

This Wine is made from Garnacha blanca from our vineyards located in la Plana de Gandesa. It is a combination of two harvests: an earlier harvest provides all the freshness and fruit flavours, and a second harvest, about two weeks later, which provides Grenache structure to the wine.

After fermentation assemblage is made and wine is aged on its own natural lees thereby obtaining delicacy and fineness.

Edetària is a highly regarded winery located in the Terra Alta region of Catalonia, Spain. The winery is best known for producing wines that focus on the Garnacha (Grenache) grape, with a particular emphasis on Garnacha Blanca, which accounts for a significant portion of the global supply. Founded in 2003 by Joan Àngel Lliberia, Edetària operates with a philosophy of sustainable viticulture, incorporating organic practices since its inception and becoming fully certified in 2020. The estate spans 60 hectares, and many of its vineyards are over 60 years old. Edetària's wines are crafted from various indigenous grape varieties, including Garnacha Peluda and Carignan, all grown on five distinct soil types, each contributing to the complexity of the wines. Their range includes red, white, and rosé wines, with notable labels such as Via Edetana and Edetària Selecció, which have earned high praise for their balance, minerality, and depth. The winery's commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention winemaking has made it one of the leaders in the Terra Alta DO, known for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines
