Via Edetana Blanc Eco Organic

It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, white meats, and vegetarian dishes, or as an elegant accompaniment to soft cheeses and shellfish.

This wine is made with Garnacha Blanca 100% from old vines in “tapàs” and “panal” terroirs.

After its fermentation from each plot separately to add nuances, we do the assemblage. This means that the half of the wine is aged in 500 litre French oak for 4 months and the other half of the wine works with its lees in the tanks in order to achieve the highest varietal expression.

Edetària is a highly regarded winery located in the Terra Alta region of Catalonia, Spain. The winery is best known for producing wines that focus on the Garnacha (Grenache) grape, with a particular emphasis on Garnacha Blanca, which accounts for a significant portion of the global supply. Founded in 2003 by Joan Àngel Lliberia, Edetària operates with a philosophy of sustainable viticulture, incorporating organic practices since its inception and becoming fully certified in 2020. The estate spans 60 hectares, and many of its vineyards are over 60 years old. Edetària's wines are crafted from various indigenous grape varieties, including Garnacha Peluda and Carignan, all grown on five distinct soil types, each contributing to the complexity of the wines. Their range includes red, white, and rosé wines, with notable labels such as Via Edetana and Edetària Selecció, which have earned high praise for their balance, minerality, and depth. The winery's commitment to organic farming and minimal intervention winemaking has made it one of the leaders in the Terra Alta DO, known for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines
