Domaine Henri and Gilles Buisson
The village of Saint-Romain picturesque and charming fully participates in the wine history of the Côte d'Or. The Dukes of Burgundy buy vines there from the year 1300. Attachment to their village devotion to the vineyard and wine? It is probably thanks to the two that the name of Buisson persists in Saint-Romain since the 12th century. More than a tradition a passion that has been passed down from father to son for 8 generations.
Description
The color is deep, black, the nose powerful and the mouth rich and dense. There are very strong notes of blackcurrant and musk. The wine is solid, with a superb balance between acidity and mellowness. It is a wine that can age without problem, and must be opened a moment before tasting (at least 30 minutes). Ideally, put it in a carafe. It then expresses all its intensity and reveals itself to be a very intense Pommard.
Food Pairing
Roasted red meat, game, matured cheese
