The colour is a beautiful deep, dark ruby. The wine exhales aromas of sunny fruits and fine woody notes. The palate is generous and ripe with well-melted tannins. The woodiness is discreet and blends pleasantly with the fruitiness to offer a wine of great elegance.

The grapes are cut and sorted by hand. The proportions of de-stemming and whole grapes vary according to each vintage. The grapes are punched down daily to extract their colour, tannins and aromas from the skins. After 19 days of vatting, the alcoholic fermentation is completed. The free-run wine is drained off by gravity, while a slow and gentle pressing of the marc produces a press wine of great purity.
