Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a vibrant, maritime-influenced Sauvignon Blanc showing bright aromas of citrus zest, gooseberry and green apple, supported by subtle herbal and saline nuances. The palate is crisp and energetic with focused acidity, clean fruit expression and a refreshing, dry finish that reflects its coastal sourcing and early picking.
Food Pairing
An excellent match for oysters, seafood platters, grilled line fish, goat’s cheese and fresh salads. Its vibrant acidity also complements Asian-inspired dishes and citrus-driven cuisine.
