Description
Delaire Graff Cabernet Franc Rosé 2025 is a refined, dry rosé with lifted aromas of red berries, rose petal and subtle herbal notes. The palate is fresh and elegant, showing crisp acidity, delicate red fruit flavours and a clean, dry finish, with Cabernet Franc contributing finesse and aromatic complexity rather than weight.

An excellent match for seafood, salmon, tuna tartare, charcuterie, Mediterranean dishes, fresh salads and light poultry. Its crisp acidity and dry finish also suit warm-weather drinking and aperitif occasions.
