Sourced from the Coastal Region in the Western Cape of South Africa, this wine benefits from the region's cooling maritime influences that enhance the acidity and freshness of the grapes​.

A total of 5 months in old French oak barrels, followed by 8 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks​.

The Sémillon grapes were pressed whole, while the Sauvignon Blanc was destemmed and crushed. Both varieties were fermented for 20 days in barrels, followed by 5 months of maturation in 225L old French oak barrels. After blending, the wine spent an additional 8 months aging on the lees in stainless steel tanks​.
