Dark, deep red colour. Very complex nose with black berry, black current, prune, liquorice, cedar, cloves and hints of coffee bean. A Very elegant wine, with ripe refined tannins and lingering finish. Excellent balance between fruit and oak. A wine with exceptional ageing potential.

On the nose aromas of baked apples, fresh lime, cherries and raspberries ensure good complexity. On the palate the wine gives a Crisp, fresh and fruitive taste, showing very delicate but lively mousse on entry. This MCC gives a subtle yeasty complexity adding to a very long clean fruity finish.

Dark ruby colour with scarlet rim. Perfumed nose with abundance of mulberry, raspberry, cherries and spicy aromas. Fruit aromas are backed up by the subtle presence of vanilla, spicy oak and an earthy undertone. Ripe tannins ensure good structure and well integrated oak adds to complexity. Entry on the palate show concentrated cherries flavours carrying through to dark chocolate and dark roasted coffee bean finish.

Wine has a dark red colour with a vibrant red rim. A lively wine with bright fruit. Sweet notes of blueberries, black and red cherries, violets, and spice aromas with hints of pepper and vanilla. On entry the wine is very enticing with soft rich tannins. A full rich flavoured wine, with an elegant finish.

Rich yellow colour. Muscat, rose water, litchi, honey and apricot aromas in abundance on the nose. The palate has very good balance between sweetness, alcohol and acidity culminating in a very easy and fresh desert wine.

Deep rich yellow colour. Fresh and racy apple acidity on the entry. Good concentration of fruit with nectarine, apricot, apple and melon. Finely structured middle palate with well-balanced acidity that adds length. Hints of creamy oak adds another layer to this Chenin Blanc. Very inviting yet complex nose of juicy nectarine, pear, melon, apple and quince. Hints of oak spice adds a lovely dimension.
