Pinot Noir

The wine pairs exceptionally well with dishes such as duck, goose, game birds, pork, and light meats, enhancing the flavors of these culinary delights.

The grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards situated in the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, a sub-region of Walker Bay renowned for its cool-climate conditions ideal for cultivating Pinot Noir. The vineyards benefit from proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, contributing to a unique terroir that imparts distinct minerality and freshness to the wine.

After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then matured for 12 months in French oak barrels, allowing for the development of complexity and integration of flavors.
