This Riesling was aged in stainless steel tanks to maintain its crisp and vibrant character.

The winemaker selected specific lots of Riesling to craft this elegant, dry style while maintaining beautiful fruit character. A cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks was employed to preserve the freshness and bright fruit qualities of the wine.
