Our friendship started in Rioja in 1998 when the three of us: Margarita Madrigal Alexandra Schmedes and Gonzalo Rodriguez met. Three winemakers each of us with different winemaking experiences. The foundation for our own winery dates back to 1851 to Gonzalo’s family winery in Dosbarrios located in the Mesa de Ocaña close to Toledo. Here we started our own winery in 1999 basing our winemaking philosophy on the essential role of the indigenous grape varieties: Cencibel Garnacha Airén and Malvar.
Description
Appealing ruby red, lively and young for its age. Fine aromas of red berries (strawberries, raspberries), spice box and vanilla. Hints of toffee. On the palate the wine presents itself elegant, with medium body. The fruit aromas of the berries are well balanced with soft, velvety tannins and good acidity. The finish is long and elegant.

Fried fish for example tuna, roast beef, partridge, duck, guinea fowl.
