Bloemendal Wine Estate is a historic gem, situated in the fertile Durbanville Valley, just 30 minutes from Cape Town. The farm was established in 1702 and is one of the largest wine farms in the region, reaching up along the Kanonberg Mountains. Description
A classic white blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Both components were barrel-fermented and aged to add to the complexity of the wine. This wine is gracefully oaked and is complemented by aromas of fresh herbs and citrus blossom. The palate is complex with flavours of lemongrass and granny smith apples accompanied by a long-lasting mineral finish.
