Description
The 2022 Beyerskloof Pinotage offers an abundance of plum and black cherry flavors, accompanied by mocha, cedar, and sweet spicy notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with velvety tannins, structured yet elegant, with a fresh and well-balanced finish.
Food Pairing
This Pinotage pairs exceptionally well with beef, poultry, and game such as venison. It is also a great match with rich dishes like roast duck or venison burgers.
