The 2023 season began with mild, dry conditions that limited berry size and yields while enhancing overall quality. Heavy rains in early March challenged late-ripening cultivars, yet our Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc ripened beautifully - a testament to growing the right cultivars on the right sites, delivering grapes of exceptional quality.

Each varietal component is fermented separately using traditional red-wine vinification with controlled extraction. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in French oak barrels, including a proportion of new oak, for extended ageing to enhance structure and complexity. Final blending occurs after barrel maturation to achieve balance and harmony before bottling.
