Description
The Ayama Vermentino 2023 has a clear, straw-yellow appearance. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of white peaches, apricots, and exotic fruits, with floral undertones. On the palate, the wine is dry, with refreshing minerality, good acidity, and a persistent, clean finish. The texture is velvety and balanced, making it a refreshing yet structured wine.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs exceptionally well with fresh cheeses like goat cheese and feta. It also complements light seafood dishes and summer salads.
