Wine is aged on lees for a few months with weekly batonnages.

A brief maceration of the skins for the extraction of the varietal aromas precedes the soft pressing of the grapes. Fermented in tank, during the middle of fermentation, the wine is transferred to barrel.

The exceptional terroir of the Voor Paardeberg ward and the grapes cultivated in the area has been the source of various international wine awards. It is the location of this ward that makes it so unique. The mountain slopes of the Paardeberg, together with the soil composition and prevailing winds, create a specific quality in the grapes.
